TeleMate's UC Analytics Solution provides global enterprises a clear understanding of service adoption rates and the network impact of expensive, resource intensive unified communication technologies (UC). UC components including audio, video, IM/Presence, email, and collaboration tools are increasing in use and cost. Businesses find it impossible to access, consolidate, report and analyze this data since it is siloed and isolated by UC type and manufacturer. TeleMate.Net Software addresses this critical need by aggregating and transforming disparate activity detail into real-time, interactive and actionable analytics. Before TeleMate UC Analytics, businesses had limited tools and were operating in the dark struggling to optimize their service delivery while attempting to maximize their return on investment.Learn more about TeleMate's Strategic Investment on UC Analytics Capabilities

TeleMate.Net Software released an additional update to NetSpective version 4.04 today. We feel it is important to quickly respond to changes in Google search behavior. As the premier search engine, Google has pre-announced a pending change for December 2014 to Safe Search that will eliminate No SLL Search and replace it with SafeSearch Virtual IP address (VIP). The update release notes provide instructions on how to prepare for the upcoming change.Learn more about the NetSpective Version 4.04 update
TeleMate.Net Software feels it is important to address customer issues immediately regardless if the problem is due to design or due to the continually changing characteristics of the Internet. NetSpective Version 4.04 addresses several topics that we determined would be better provided in an interim maintenance release versus made available in an upcoming full feature release. Though NetSpective is not directly vulnerable to the Shellshock vulnerability, also known as Bashdoor, parameter validation was enhanced to ensure future hacking approaches do not affect the operation of the product. Due to the recent discovery of the POODLE vulnerability in the SSL protocol, the NetSpective user interface no longer accepts SSLv3 connections. In addition, modifications were made to the internal Global Proxy state machine to accelerate authentication requests at peak times. Windows and Mac Remote Agent interoperability with anti-virus technologies were also improved.
TeleMate.Net Software feels it is important to address customer issues immediately regardless if the problem is due to design or due to the continually changing characteristics of the Internet. NetSpective Version 4.03 Build 23 addresses recent changes made by Google, Inc. which forces all accesses over an SSL connection. Google's changes affected the ability for NetSpective to enforce YouTube for Schools and Safe Search within YouTube. This update when applied addresses this issue and restores the operation of YouTube for Schools and YouTube Safe Search. Upon applying the update NetSpective will force accesses to YouTube.com over an HTTP connection. As a result, direct YouTube.com account access will be disabled since NetSpective will force YouTube's connections over HTTP for the insertion of the education filter and Safe Search parameters.
