TeleMate announced today the US Department of Veterans Affairs multi-million dollar contract award includes the deployment of TeleMate’s capabilities to cover up to 20,000 agents across a host of critical contact centers. The VA is the largest integrated health care system in the United States, serving over 9 million veterans each year. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) provides comprehensive care, including primary and specialized services, across 1,321 health care facilities. This network includes 172 VA Medical Centers and 1,138 outpatient clinics. With over 371,000 health care professionals and support staff.
